Cedar Heights is a beautiful, private, 'front range' community situated just above the famous Garden of the Gods, with panoramic views of Colorado Springs to the east and Pikes Peak to the west.
As members of CHCA, homeowners in Cedar Heights have established this web site to express their pride in their community.
Views from Cedar Heights
Our home sites are nestled into the mountains of the front range, at 6500 to 8,000 feet, with natural settings, incredible vistas, wildlife and miles of private trails that make Cedar Heights a unique and special community. Map-Quest link
Our weather is one of our best-kept secrets…given our 300+ days of sun in this high-altitude climate, we can expect to enjoy the outdoors year round. Our winters are mild--in fact, there are few days we can’t golf. While our summers can get hot, most days always end with a cool evening!
Cedar Heights residents enjoy:
- Panoramic views of the Garden of the Gods, the plains and the majestic Rocky Mountains, especially Pikes Peak, which towers over the entire Colorado Springs metro area at 14, 110’.
- Hundreds of acres of private land in a forever-wild state, with trails for walking, mountain biking, hiking and jogging.
- A private road system, 24/7 security staff, fire and home security monitoring.
- Underground utilities provided by Colorado Springs.
- The tranquility of the mountains yet the convenience of being minutes away from Colorado Springs, a wonderful, vibrant and exciting city with great restaurants, golf courses, galleries, performing arts venues, visitor attractions, museums, and shopping.
- A diverse community with business professionals and owners, families with children of all ages and retirees. Our neighbors come from all parts of the country.
- Quality schools, and access to speakers, programs and athletic events at Colorado College, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and the US Air Force Academy.
- Conveniently located:

This website has been prepared by CHCA to provide members and nonmembers with an overview of our homeowners' association. CHCA is an association of homeowners and is charged with the administration and upkeep of the community. It is not a developer or realtor and is not involved in the sale of homes or property within the community. The information in this web site is not intended to be advertising or an endorsement of any services or amenities, but is merely an expression of the pride CHCA members have in their community. Although CHCA strives to keep the website current, there will be times when that may not be possible. We welcome your comments and questions via email.
